These general terms and conditions govern the luxury vehicle rental offered by LUXELANE, with or without a chauffeur.
These general terms and conditions govern the vehicle rental offered by LUXELANE.LK, with or without a chauffeur, on the French Riviera and in France. Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Every rental request is subject to a personalised quote. The booking is confirmed after the client's agreement and, where applicable, payment of a deposit. Availability is guaranteed only after written confirmation from LUXELANE.
For a self-drive rental, the driver must hold a valid driving licence, present an identity document and meet the age and licence-seniority conditions stated for each vehicle at the time of booking.
A deposit (security deposit) is required before the vehicle is made available. Its amount depends on the model rented. It is returned after the vehicle is returned in good condition, less any damage, fines or fees.
Rates are expressed in euros and vary according to the vehicle, the rental duration and the option (with or without a chauffeur). Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.
The vehicles are covered by insurance. An excess may apply in the event of a claim. Damage not covered by the insurance, as well as the consequences of improper use of the vehicle, remain the renter's responsibility.
The vehicle is provided with a fuel level that must be returned identical. A mileage package may apply depending on the contract; any excess is billed under the agreed conditions.
The chauffeur option includes a professional chauffeur. Times and the schedule are agreed in advance. Additional costs (tolls, parking, extended waiting) may be billed separately.
Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation conditions and any deductions from the deposit are specified at the time of booking.
The renter undertakes to comply with the Highway Code and the vehicle's terms of use. Offences, fines and penalties incurred during the rental remain their responsibility.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing that, the competent French courts will be seized.
